We deliver within the United Kingdom only.

If incorrect delivery information is provided and results in additional costs, these will be the responsibility of the customer.

  1. Returns and Right to Cancel

Your rights to return items are set out in our Returns Policy.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

We offer an extended 30-day return period in line with our Returns Policy.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Include original packaging and documentation

Unless the item is faulty, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We provide a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing faults.

This warranty does not cover:

If a fault is confirmed:

  • The item will be repaired or replaced free of charge
  • If a replacement is not available, a similar item of equal value may be offered

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

To maintain the quality and appearance of your jewellery, we recommend:

  • Removing jewellery before sleeping, bathing or physical activity
  • Avoiding contact with water, chemicals, cosmetics and cleaning products
  • Storing jewellery in a dry environment, away from heat and moisture
  • Cleaning silver items with a soft cloth or appropriate cleaning products

Certain materials (such as natural stones, pearls or rubber elements) may be sensitive to environmental factors and require extra care.

Failure to follow care instructions may result in damage not covered by warranty.

We are responsible for supplying products that meet your legal rights.

However, we are not liable for:

  • Losses not reasonably foreseeable
  • Losses caused by incorrect use of products
  • Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control
