Colibri Art’s Hassle-Free Returns

Welcome to Colibri Art, where your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes your purchase might not meet your expectations, and we’ve made the process of returning items as simple as possible.

Our Return Policy in 5 Easy Steps:

Step 1: Inform Us Contact us by email at contact@colibriart.co.uk within the first 30 days from the delivery date. No questions asked! We value your satisfaction, and we’ve designed the return process with your convenience in mind.

Step 2: Confirmation After reaching out, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details and instructions.

Step 3: Return Items Send the products back to us in the same condition they were delivered from Colibri Art. Make sure to include the following details on the parcel:

  • Sender: Your Name and Surname
  • Sender’s Address: Your Address
  • Sending to: Colibri Art
  • Delivery address: [You will receive the return address in your email]
  • Your order number and purchase date

Step 4: Return Conditions To ensure a smooth return, please make sure the items meet these conditions:

  • Items must not show any signs of wear and tear beyond necessary inspection.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging along with the warranty certificate.

Step 5: Contact Us Once the items are on their way, get in touch with us at contact@colibriart.co.uk, providing the details of your chosen courier service and the tracking number (tracking number is provided by the courier company). Please note that the return shipping cost is covered by the customer.

Your Rights and Benefits:

  • If you decide to return an item within 30 days from the delivery date, we offer you a full refund or an exchange, depending on your preference. Please note that the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
  • In the case of a return from a discounted order, the applied discount will be removed, and you will be refunded minus the amount of the discount, promotion, or standard shipping rate, not for the entire order.

Important Notes:

  • The customer is responsible for the item’s condition, damage, or loss while in transit to Colibri Art.
  • Please note: that we cannot refund the initial shipping cost.

Right of Withdrawal:

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform Colibri Art by sending an email to contact@colibriart.co.uk, using a clear request. For your convenience, you can use our provided Order Return Form, though it’s not mandatory. You must send the item(s) back to Colibri Art Ltd within 14 days from the date of your request. Please note that the customer is responsible for the full cost of returning the item(s), including the courier service fee.
